The Ember Reserve

Make the time yours

• 180 minutes of massage credit. Use it together or across visits.
• A private evening, if a therapist is available. Reserve up to three hours with one therapist using your credit. Breaks and preparation are part of the reserved evening. Appointment availability still applies.
• 20% off additional massage and spa packages while your membership is active. Active members pay no last-minute booking fees.
• 20% off store products when our store opens.
• 24/7 member-area access when Ember House Wellness Retreat and Spa opens. Keys will be arranged with Eli. The physical retreat and store are not open yet; access does not include an on-call therapist.

Renew whenever you like

Every confirmed $40,000 payment adds 180 minutes to your unused balance and resets your membership to 30 days from confirmation. Days do not stack. Unused massage time stays on your account until used, including after expiry; renew to use it again.

Booking with credit and member discounts require an active membership. Keys are due for removal seven days after expiry if you have not renewed. A $5,000 fee applies when you cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment. Discounts do not combine with coupons and do not apply to membership purchases.

Choose “Use my Ember Reserve time” on the booking form. Credit is reserved when you request an appointment; Eli still texts to confirm. Cancelled or declined appointments return their reserved time. Missed appointments use their reserved time.
