Booking terms

Appointments are shown in GTAW time. Submit your request at least one hour ahead and up to five days ahead. Active Ember Reserve members pay no last-minute fee. Other requests made under 24 hours ahead carry a 25% last-minute fee, included in the displayed total before payment. Send the selected session total through CashTap to $eliflame, provide your CashTap name and mark that you have paid. Reporting payment does not verify the transfer. Your appointment is confirmed only after Eli checks payment and texts you. If your selected time becomes unavailable after payment, contact Eli to arrange another time or a refund.

Your appointment is a request until Eli checks the transfer and accepts it. Eli will text your phone number to confirm and share the apartment details.

You can cancel or move your appointment from your GTAW profile. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment carry a $5,000 fee, deducted from a verified payment where possible. Any remaining fee is owed separately, including for Reserve credit bookings. Cancelled Reserve appointments return the reserved minutes. Rebooking to an open slot keeps the same session and payment. Payments on cancelled or declined bookings are reviewed by Eli; selecting “I’ve paid” does not verify a transfer or issue a refund.

Missed appointments may affect your ability to book again.
